Ellen is a student at Cowes High School
on the Isle of Wight. These necklaces and bracelets
were french knitted using a simple knitting dollies
she had as a child. She used 0.200mm and 0.315mm knitting
wire with the addition of various glass beads.
Ellen said "One of my main interests
has been in fashion and jewellery; particulary in the
costume styles and these pieces were created mainly
as part of an experiment in my spare time, but are now
becoming a part of a local craft show where I work."
